Tuba player Diego Stine of Vienna, a George C. Marshall High School junior, has won the 2018 Young Artist Competition sponsored by the City of Fairfax Band. City of Fairfax Band Conductor Robert Pouliot Chosen for National Outstanding Conductor Award
